Experts also discussed ASEAN-China relations and ways to strengthen resilience through local knowledge and climate change responses. The conference welcomed more than 300 attendees from China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Italy, Palestine, India, Morocco, and other countries.

The conference focused on collaboration, with attendees working together to create policy briefs that offered practical recommendations on key topics like security, the digital economy, and regional development. The discussions and presentations from the conference will also be published in a journal, adding to ongoing research in international studies and economics.
The event demonstrated the strong partnership between SSGS and SIEP, and the commitment of Indonesia and China to work together on shared challenges. By building trust and open communication, the conference aims to foster future collaborations that will benefit both countries and beyond.
